WHY EXECUTIVE COACHING?

BEING COACHED IS A PRIVILIGE

In each coaching session, you are held in a space where the focus is entirely on you; searching for clarity in your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. It is a mutual time commitment - we are both investing in you.

Coaching is not advice-giving. You already have the answers;

but coaching will help you find where those answers are hiding.

COACHING PROGRAMMES

A typical coaching programme with me includes six sessions, with one session every 4-5 weeks, lasting around 90-120 minutes each.

I have a suite of tools and frameworks which are personalised to suit you and your particular aspiration or challenge.

Your coaching programme and our discussions are entirely confidential, and I am bound by and committed to upholding the ICC Code of Ethics.

ABOUT ME

My name is Bridget Winstone-Kight

I have worn many hats, and I bring the breadth of my personal and professional experiences to my coaching. I am an ex-international athlete, an ex-employment lawyer, and an MBA alumni from London Business School. In my day-job, I am a workforce consultant, advising businesses on all things relating to their people and culture. I am a board director, a sister, wife, and mother, and an Internationally Certified Executive Coach.

I fell into being an executive coach after being lucky enough to go on a coaching programme as a leadership development opportunity through my job. The improvement in my self-awareness and understanding of who I am, drove me to become certified to be able to share this gift with others.
